🪄How to Run Meta Ads Through Claude

There's a difference between asking Claude questions about a Meta account and Claude actually sitting inside one.

One means pasting data and hoping the context is enough.

The other means Claude can pull the real account, cross-reference things a human never bothers to cross-reference, and catch problems that don't show up until CPA has already climbed. Meta built an official connector that does the second thing.

Here's how to set it up and what to actually ask it.

Setup:

  1. In Claude, click the + next to the message box
  2. Select "Add custom connector"
  3. Paste this URL: mcp.facebook.com/ads
  4. Log in with Business Manager credentials
  5. Choose read-only access to start

Use case 1: Catalog gaps that are quietly killing specific SKUs Ask: "Cross-reference my product catalog against Advantage+ Shopping performance. Which SKUs with missing or thin catalog data also show the weakest conversion rate?"

Almost nobody checks this because it means manually opening the catalog and the ad reporting separately and comparing them by hand.

Connected live, Claude cross-references both at once and finds the specific products where a thin feed is quietly capping performance nobody's traced back to the actual cause.

Use case 2: Audience overlap between ad sets you didn't know were competing

Ask: "Check every active ad set for audience overlap. Flag any pair that's likely bidding against each other for the same people."

Everyone knows overlap is theoretically a problem. Almost nobody actually checks it, because cross-referencing audience definitions across a dozen ad sets by hand is tedious enough that it never happens. This finds the specific pairs actually cannibalizing each other, not just the general risk.

Use case 3: What's actually triggering learning phase resets

Ask: "Show me every ad set that re-entered learning phase in the last 30 days, and match each one against what changed right before it reset, budget, audience, or creative."

Most teams know resets are expensive and have no idea which specific edits are causing theirs. This traces the pattern instead of guessing, so the next edit can avoid the exact change that's been quietly resetting the same ad sets over and over.

Use case 4: Which creative attributes actually correlate with lower CPA, account-wide Ask: "Look across every ad running in the last 90 days and tell me which specific attributes, video length, presence of a face, text overlay density, correlate with lower CPA."

Nobody manually tags and compares this many ads by hand. This surfaces the pattern a person would need a full afternoon and a spreadsheet to find manually, if they thought to look for it at all.

Before write access: stay read-only for a couple weeks. Set a spend cap in Business Manager independently, it holds regardless of what Claude proposes. Anything Claude creates lands paused in Ads Manager either way

Together with Stack Influence

Ancient Nutrition had a real product. Strong formulation. Decent listing. What they didn't have was sales velocity that the algorithm could work with. So they stopped throwing money at bids and started sending product to micro-influencers instead.

⚡ Great Sales Conversations Feel Like Problem Solving

This framework argues that the best sales calls aren't centered on pitching—they're centered on understanding. By uncovering a prospect's goals, challenges, and desired outcomes before presenting a solution, the conversation becomes more consultative than transactional.

Why it works: Asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and tailoring the solution to the prospect's specific needs builds trust and makes the recommendation more relevant. Consistent content and education before the call can further reduce sales friction by establishing credibility upfront.

Where it needs balance: A structured discovery process is valuable, but no framework guarantees high close rates. Buying decisions also depend on pricing, competition, timing, product-market fit, and the prospect's urgency. The strongest sales teams combine consultative selling with a genuinely differentiated offer.

🎥 Reel of the Day

What Works:

Reverse Psychology Hook  - The entire joke hinges on contradiction. Sally says "that's enough" while continuing to pour, creating a playful tension that keeps viewers watching for when she'll actually stop.

Character Over Brand - Sally becomes the content, not the wine. The brand builds an instantly lovable recurring personality, making audiences return for her rather than a traditional product demonstration.

Authenticity Wins Always - Nothing feels scripted or polished. Her genuine expressions, slow pouring, and natural delivery make it feel like a real holiday moment, dramatically boosting shares, comments, and watch-through rate.

Turn employees or locals into recognizable characters instead of constant product heroes. A memorable personality creates stronger brand recall and gives every future reel built-in audience familiarity and anticipation.
